People were attacked during the sacred Amarnath Yatra on Monday night. It happened when the Pilgrims were coming back from the worship of Amarnath shrine to Jammu-Kashmir. This incidence was very painful, who would have thought the people celebrating the holy month would became the victim of the terror attack.
The Terror group of Lashker-e-Taiba was behind the shameful act said Kashmir police. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also tweeted “India will never get bogged down by such cowardly attacks and the evil designs of hate.”
Pained beyond words on the dastardly attack on peaceful Amarnath Yatris in J&K. The attack deserves strongest condemnation from everyone.

Home minister Rajnath Singh had called a meeting to review the security in Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said in a statement: “This is an assault on our values and traditions which we hold dear. We will leave no stone upturned to root out the perpetrators of this heinous crime.”
The bus does not got any police protection since it was not a part of any official tour for the Yatra. It is not cleared how many terrorist were there- – first opened fire an armored police car whose occupants fired back. The pilgrims were then hit as the terrorists fired indiscriminately, said by The Press Trust of India.
