An IAS officer Mukesh Pandey who is posted in Bihar in Buxar district as District Magistrate shocked everyone with his video which he recorder before his suicide. He was an IAS of 2012 batch and ranked 14th in Civil Services examination, also has a decent record. He left a suicide note and not blamed anyone for his suicide. But in the video he mentioned about the relationship with his wife and also said that both are entirely different.

His body was found on the railway track in Delhi and the suicide note was found in room number 742 of a five star hotel in Delhi. according the the police Pandy said in suicide note “I am committing suicide in the district centre area of Janakpuri in west Delhi…by jumping off the 10th floor of the building. I am fed up with life and my belief on human existence has gone, my suicide note is kept in a Nike bag in room 742 of a five-star hotel in Delhi. I am sorry, I love you all! Please forgive me.

According to Mukesh Pandey’s father Mukesh has a telephonic conversation with him on Tuesday night and he was happy and even asked about the his father’s health. The officer checked into a luxury hotel yesterday afternoon and at around 4:30 pm, took a cab to a mall in west Delhi. He sent WhatsApp messages to relatives that he was going to commit suicide.

Around 8 pm, Mr Pandey’s sister-in-law looked for him at the hotel and, not finding him, reported him missing.
